Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

today Ifeel good about the real start. I was not ready yesterday. I eating 3 cups of black beans 13 cup at a time for 9 meals. 9/8 of diced tomatoes for the nine meals. 3 smoothies 4 cups of frozen peaches vitamin dummies and splenda for the peaches, 30 points a good 30 points very filling, 1 tablespoon of peanut buttered 2 slices healthy life for a treat. I needed that for the 30 points.
