L - whole wheat bread, lemon pepper tuna, hummus, sliced cukes, banana
S - shredded wheat, almond milk
D - baked salmon filet, baked potato with hummus, roll, sliced apple

Good morning all and Happy New Year.
S - Usual coffee B - Egg baked in a sweet potato/cheese boat over arugula w/evoo and lemon L - Pork mole fajita w/ff monterey jack and ff sour cream in a flax wrap, homemade guac, 2 cuties D - Skirt steak with arugula chimichurri, green beans, light garlic toast E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights

After being off for a week and living on cheese and cookies, I'm happy to go back to a normal menu.
