Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

I HAVE BEEN EATING PASTA AND DICED TOMATOES. I ORDERED NUTRISYSTEM AND will get yogurt and apples to complete that regime. It is supposed to come tomorrow but I can't seem to track i because it hasn't said on cvc that it shipped. i have the apples now.

I got to think although I try it it must be more calories than the tracking system shows 1272 calloriesand apples 250 tomato sauce 185 but it feels like more than that. with nutrisyst4m 4 meals plus greek yogurt and apples

Well cangedito 6 cup f rotini which is 26 points and 954 calories. 2 apples and 2 WW smoothies. I can do this until I get nutriystem.

Amy, good luck with nutrisystem!
I blew off the gym yesterday and instead went for a nice long 4 mile walk at Onondaga Lake park. It was just a perfect, beautiful day! About 75 degrees, breezy and very little humidity. The sky was gorgeous! People are funny here, they complain that it's always cloudy in Syracuse. Which is true BUT there's a big difference between there being clouds in the sky and the sky being overcast. I love all the interesting and often colorful clouds shapes.
I made it to the gym this morning for the 5:45am spinning class. I'll try to go for another walk after work today and if possible squeeze in some weight lifting somewhere.
