Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Good Morning Everyone.
Deb, I hope you do not think it is terrible for me to change my mind about coming up next weekend but it definitely sounds like another time will work better for us both.
For one thing , my bowling league starts again that Sunday the 20th. I always thought we started back the last week of August. Its a night league but the time the trip back takes, at this age lol I would be pretty tired starting back.
Also, I weigh a little less than I did when we walked in Hazelton but I honestly think I was in better shape then. So, my plan is to work on losing some weight , start walking and just getting in shape and maybe after the spring thaw we can get together.
I hope you are not too disappointed. I really do appreciate that you were willing to go so far as to giving up your bed for us!
I know you all have heard this from me but the past few days have shown me I have to get serious. I was at the eye dr on Wednesday and while Jim was in with the DR, I sat and waited.....across from a big mirror..... Also, last night I went clothes shopping with Kristen. Need I say more?

Hi Mo. Thanks for starting us. I start nutrisystem today. sulements by 4 ww smoothies 4 apples and 2 cups of carrots. 32 points today. i get a breakfast lunch snack and dinner.
