Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

so I I MADEe a mistake I did not take carrots to WW meeting yesterday. So I got bars there. and ate a bunch. Then I ordered pizza. Now I know that with nutrisystem to bring arorots with me. I had a cinnamon bun today and smoothie and carrots for breakfast. WW is down nw for maintenance so my days points i WILL HAVE TO WAIT.TORTILLA soup for lunch white cheddar popcorn for snack and chicken alfredo for supper. 4 smoothies 4 apples and a whole bag of carrots the small bags.

31 points had to add 1/4 ff cottage cheese and 1 slice of healthy life bread.
