Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Good morning. I am back and need to get back to the WW program. Sounds like all of us are in the same boat. I now we can do this. We have before. Feel free to give me a big kick in the rear!
Mo and Debbie my house is a mess too. I hate surprise visits! lol
Mo I hate getting my hair cut looking in the mirror. I cannot believe how big I have gotten. Ugh
I ate and drank wayyyyy too much at my friends house. Need to buckle down today.

Hello! Thanks for starting us Brenda!
Sigh -yep, I indulge too much this weekend in too. No drink but way too much food especially the sweets, my particular weakness. I'll see about getting to bed early enough tonight to be able to make to the 5:45am spinning class and get my week off to a good start.
