Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Will get back on track today. Tomorrow is my WW meeting. I think I will do a no WI since the scale is way up.

Hello! Thanks for starting us Brenda!
Sigh, no I didn't make it to the spinning class this morning, overslept then when I did get up I went back to bed for another hour. I haven't been feeling very good for a couple of weeks now. I don't exactly feel sick but just not good and seem to fatigue easily. Arg! Still, I'm heading to gym in a few minutes to lift weights during lunch, then I plan to stop at the lake after work for a walk. I may even go to the 6:00pm spinning class after the walk. We'll see!
Brenda, that's what no WIs are for, keep you coming to meetings when times are a struggle. I will join you getting back on track today. My lousy food choices may very well be why I don't feel good lately!

Mo, I just finished catching up on posts -and of course I don't think you are terrible to cancel coming here for the race. I was in better shape too for that race we did even though I think I weigh a little less. I'm bummed I'm not running yet! I'll be able to finish the 5K at least, but I'm SO slow!
We will pick a race again and work on getting in shape for it! Maybe find one that Brenda can join us. I've done a 5k with Mo that was a lot of fun, and several 5Ks plus a half marathon with Brenda and really enjoyed them all!
My guest bedroom is always available for visitors -nudge wink! And you don't even have to do a race to visit me, lol!

I am trying hard to get back on track. I went grocery shopping yesterday and have healthy foods. I just need to eat them!
