Good morning! Sorry to be scarce over the weekend - I just don't know where the time went. It was beautiful in these parts and I enjoyed relaxing and treated myself to a movie instead of the same old drill. Suzanne - I am sending you a great big WHOOSH! at the scale! Hang in there. And a happy and healthy day to all. Daily Affirmation - Suzanne will experience scale success very soon. Fitness Report - nothing formal yesterday; belly dance inspired cardio on Saturday. Health Goal - lunch walk and absolutely __MUST__ hoist some weights tonight. Spiritual goal - think positive thoughts for whoever needs them, myself included. Gratitude - such a lovely day - and out I go for that lunch walk.

Seems my weekend post, though brief, disappeared….bleah!

Daily Affirmation: (borrowed) Act as if I have faith and it will be given to me Fitness report: 14 mile bike ride long the canal…our best pace yet, ‘cause the sun was setting and the bugs were swarming! Health Goal: a healthy relationship with food (not an inFATuation) Gratitude: Lots of little blessings every day

Tuesday Morning. Not sure what is on the agenda for today. Tomorrow going to spend the day with friends.
Daily Affirmation: Making healthy food choices today will help me achieve the healthier weight I am working toward Fitness Goal or report: I walked three laps around the house on the pat calling for the kitten before finally finding and bringing her back inside - will try to do three or more laps today Health Goal: To have balanced healthy meals whether at home or away for meals Gratitude: grateful for a new day to work on fulfilling my goals
