Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Amy, simply filling has worked great for you before, I'm sure it'll work for you again if you stick to it.
I will be heading to the gym after work for leg weight machines and a spinning class. I made it to the lake yesterday after work and walked 4 miles. I can't believe how challenging it was for me. Not that long ago, I used to run those same 4 miles! I also made it to the gym yesterday during lunch for the arm weight machines.

Debbie, I've been slacking too with the exercise. Feeling a little down, but was happy this morning (even though I gained at WW). It was a good meeting. I decided to WI.
Mo, I'm trying hard too to get back on track.
Today so far has been good. I have tracked everything that has gone into my mouth!
