Good morning. 2017 is rocking along. It's back to work for me this morning.
Breakfast: uncured bacon shredded wheat & bran w/Splenda, nonfat milk, and blueberries coffee
Lunch: beef vegetable soup cutie
Dinner: stuffed chicken breasts buttered carrots nonfat milk

Lunch Costco Rotisserie Chicken sandwich on Dutch Crunch bread Jarlsberg Lite cheese Canola mayo Diet soda
Dinner Cheese sandwich on Dutch Crunch bread (after all, Oprah isn’t the ONLY one who can have bread every day! 8>) Diet soda

It feels good to be back to a routine.
S – Usual coffee B – Better breakfast casserole over baby spinach w/evoo and lemon L – 97% fat free Hebrew National hot dogs in 1/2 lavash w/mustard, raw veggies w/rf ranch, 2 cuties D – Pizza topped with arugula salad or tuna tartar since Monday dinner got cancelled. E – Spin

S: Blueberries, Cucumber Slices (sprinkled w/steak seasoning), Tillamook Cheddar Cheese
D: TBD, but probably Mahi fish
