Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

I AM ON SIMPLY FILLING. THREW UP WW SMOOTHIES LIKE CARROTS BAD ON MY STOMACH. THE 3 US IF FF COTTAGE CHEESE AND VIACTIV GIVE ME 1100GRAMS OF CALCIM. THE COTTAGE CHEESE GIVES ME 72 GRAMS OF PROTEIN.

Good morning!
Amy good luck with simply filling! It seems a little odd that you are having so much trouble lately keeping foods down?
I missed the 5:45am spinning class this morning but I'll go do arm weight machines at the gym during lunch today, then go to a park after work and walk.
Brenda, hope you feel more cheerful soon! Exercise can help with that. I sure wish we lived closer to one another!
