Michelle, I love your humor, your positive spirit and your goal change up! How refreshing! I think we should all add some type of fun goal here and there. I also love that each one of us brings different things to the table, so no worries if you don't like meditation.
Beauty Goal - Self Mani / Pedi today Creative Goal - start my shabby chic french rose baby quilt for baby Vivian affirmation - I choose happiness fitness goal - Mall walking with a friend this am. It's brrrrrr cold outside! health goal - de-grain my diet today gratitude - a busy life! It sure helps keep my mind off unpleasant things Habit changer - fitting in my exercise and paperwork before the fun stuff Yesterday's Report - gold stars for 2 mi walk with DH last night, prioritized my list and stuck to it, did some dreaded returns I should be wearing a dunce cap for eating several mini bacon and cheese scones I had made that nobody is eating. Today they will be bird food!

Suzanne, good for you on finding a strength training class that you love. I am finding that focusing on strength is giving me much better results than being all over the map. It's a real mood booster and stabilizer, too. Thank you for the IT info - I will try it on my laptop.
Michelle I love it, "Don't worry be sassy" - great philosophy!
Daily Affirmation - I am strong and temptation better not get in my way!
Fitness Report - a brief restorative yoga in the A.M. and a tough M.O.G. workout later.
Health Goal - keep up with my baby steps in the Zen decluttering.
Gratitude - getting close to "graduation" in PT - he wants me to come in for four more weeks and re-eval, but for now, he says I'm making good progress.

Hi, Angels...quick post and run for now! Back later to catch up on personals. Daily Affirmation - I make this day a magical one! Fitness Goal - As many steps as possible while shopping with my sister. Morning walk got rained out. Health Goal - Keep current tracking streak going...one day at a time. Gratitude - Diversity and tolerance. I love that we are a living demonstration of it! Have a great day!

Carol, I love your feeding the fitbit! This morning I walked over 10,000 steps at the mall. yippee! Feels so good.

Greetings, one and all: This gym-time stuff sure does take a bite out of my time, but the activity and meeting people is doing my psyche a world of good.
Michelle, thanks for feeding the birds. Your avatar pic is a lovely rendering of you. For my avatar, I try to pick out the best shots of myself as well. (FYI, that is not me. LOL. But when I start looking that good, I'll post me.)
Pat, congrats on doing so well with your PT.

Daily Affirmation: Drop limiting beliefs and judgements. Fitness report: Report: One hour Restorative yoga class; Goal: go back for a 30 minute Step class early this evening. Health Goal: Get back to making smoothies with my newly-acquired egg white protein powder (pure). Love my fruit/veggie smoothies and like to add in the protein source now and then. Gratitude: For a fitness trainer who has a world of knowledge when it comes to nutrition.
Words of wisdom to live by: Contemplate the flowers and learn from them, how to live. Inspiration for today: My Park Seed catalog came today! Woo-hoo! That's inspiration! Meditation goal: 10 minutes

Suzanne, I didn't think you look like a pile of rocks but wasn't sure--glad you told me that was not you! I read your dropping thing and am glad to say that it gave me hope--IMO it is BORING to think about all that stuff so I don't.
Affirmation: I embrace who I am.
New Year's Resolution goal: Complete my vision board collage pertaining to my EXCITING! habit builders New Years Resolution--I am keeping "Flexible and Adaptable" for right now and boy is that habit builder working great. Hooray!!!
No other goals as I am just spending the day collaging--going to manifest this stuff and the way for me to do it is vision board it. Working next on an interesting one in which I will use a card from a Tarot deck--should be life changing. I mean, who doesn't have the greatest life but it always could be just a tad greater. Keeping to my strict goal of attitude habit builders-- Change your thinking, change your life!
Gratitude: I am over the moon happy that it rained and rained and then rained some more last night which was highly unusual for this time of year. Nice to not have to shovel two feet of snow of stuff this morning.
Back to my craft room. Onward>>>>>>>>>>>>

affirmation - I can manifest anything I want if I believe it possible health goal - grain free diet fitness goal - weights and stretching gratitude - my GF just had her first grand baby and he's perfectly healthy habit - prioritize my 'to do' list and stick to the plan
Michelle, I love the idea of a collage! Are you following a book or plan from a website? I'm working with my niece on a new Mind Body Spirit program. I'm working on manifestation with her, I think she might like to do this. I should do it too!
