Good day everyone!!!! So far today has been going well. I got out for a lunch walk and just enjoyed a lovely salad with romaine, spinach, golden beets, mango, blueberries and a homemade chicken salad from rotisserie chicken breast. Feeling worthy!
Daily Affirmation - Everything is better when I take care of myself.
Fitness Report - very hectic day, just a Classical Stretch
Health Goal - stick to program (so far so good)
Spiritual Goal - give my body some love by exercising tonight
Gratitude - a good night's sleep
Very busy at work again - I wish you all a wonderful day!

I cannot believe its Wednesday already; I can't keep track of the days anymore now that DH is retired and I work from home - all days seem the same!
Lisa: Good to hear from you. And good to hear biz is doing well. I can't blame you for striving to set work aside while visiting the DGS. I can relate to your feelings of under-exercising and the dreaded muffin-top. My exercise routine has fizzled.
Cathy: I hope you had an enjoyable day with friends. It sounds like a nice time and something you have happening regularly. Good for you!

Yesterday was fun. We are guaranteed a belly laugh on Wednesday. The menu was batinjin maloub (eggplant on the bottom of the pot topped with rice and chicken all cooked together then turned out in a stack onto a plate) served with yogurt-garlic-tomato sauce AND Russian salad AND Tiropita (phyllo pastry with feta cheese) and a chocolate cake type thing.
