Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

I AM EATING CHEESE PUFFS FROM NUTRISYSTEM AND GIVING AWAY THE REST TODAY LATER. GETTING A ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER TODAY. GOING TODAY WHEN RUS GOES HOME TO GET LENTILS CELERY CARROTS AND SEASONINGS TO COOK LENTIL STEW I HOPE. MINCED ONIONS MINCED GARLIC.

I WILL TRY TO EAT 5 1/3COOKED CUPS OF LENTIL STEW HOPEFULLY NOT SOUP. 30 POINTS EXACTLY PLUS 1 POINT OF VITAMIN. SAME WITH SIMPLY FILLING 1 POINT VITAMIN. THAT IS COOKED 8 2/3 CUP PORTIONS. I HOPE I KNOW HOW MUCH WATER TO BE IN. SEASONINGS 2 TEASPOONS OF POWDERED CHICKEN BOUILLION. I HOPE THERE WILLBE A GUIDE.

this morning getting some lentils. i WILL BUY MORE THIS AFTERNOON WHEN RUSS COMEernoonterntS HOME.i have carrots chicken bouillon minced garlic an onions may try before afternoon if it comes before 1pm.

Amy, I love lentils! You've got me craving some!
I stopped off at Onondaga Lake park and walked 4 miles. Then I went to Fleet Feet and signed up myself and Susan for the women's 5K run/walk on Saturday. The shirt is really pretty this year -a long sleeve tech v-neck shirt in a gorgeous shade of blue. I almost didn't sign up as I'm SO slow, I'm expecting a 5K PW (personal worst)! I'll be lucky to break an hour, arg!
Well, weight is way up this morning but at least I made it to the gym for the 5:45am spinning class. I hope to get some walking in after work. I really need to make myself be more consistent with my walking and then maybe I'll get a little faster and thinner!

I am making some lentil stew using th pressure cooker as a slow cooker. At 6pm done for tomorrow 2 cups dry is 33 points I can eat the whole batch.
