Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Amy, thanks for the start. Let us know how you like the pressure cooker.
I did about 3 miles on the towpath yesterday. Tried jogging a little too. I think I will go down again this morning.

GOOD MORNING, i start over today. I have lentil stew made yesterday. 8 cooked cups is 1840 calories. today. carrots too. and vitamin. Found out 6 cups water and 3 cups dried lentils carrots and seasonings. i do not know how to use the pressure cooker part. i went up about than 5.6 pounds .i found out I need something filling throughout the day. i cooked the lentils for 7 hours..simply filling worked before. Yesterday I would have started but I spilled the lentil stew, I want to start on treadmill for a mile in 30 minutes. I am afraid of my balance right now.

LENTILS BURNED MY STOMACH. SOMEONE GAVE ME AN OMLET MAKER IN MICROWAVE. I TRIDENT TONIGHT UTTING 1/4 CUP FF COTTGE CHEESE IN IT. NOT PPERFECT OMELET BUT VERY GOO. GOING TO GET EGGS EVERY OTHER DAY FROM TARGET AND BUY FF COTTAGE CHEESE WHEN SHOPPING 6 OMLETS A DAY WITH 2 EXTRALLARGE EGGS IN EACH OMELET. 1 TABLESPOON PEANUT BUTTER. VIACTIV AND VITAMIN 1 1/2 CUPS NF COTTAGE CHEESE A DAY 12 EXTRA;ARGE EGGS A DAY/ 1 TABLESPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER A DAY 37 POINTS. 1330 CALORIES
