We'll post Daily Affirmation: I am able to moderate my speech and calorie intake Fitness Goal or report: To get up and walk or bend or do something between rounds of cards...not sit ALL the time Health Goal: Moderate food and beverage choices Gratitude: Grateful for Wednesdays and the friends that get together I had a haircut yesterday and he kept trying to blend the lines where white and color touch...my hair is SHORT! Today I am picking a friend up in Tripoli and we will go to another friend's house to play cards and eat lunch. It will be a good day. The monkeys see, hear and speak no evil are a reminder to me to not gossip - too much and the monkey with hands over its mouth a reminder not to eat too much Thank you all for your eclipse shares!

Enjoy your day, Cathy! Your weekly get-togethers sound so nice.
Daily Affirmation: I can do what is right for me. Fitness Goal: As Cathy said, get up and walk or bend or do something. Health Goal: Focus on my mental well-being as much as my physical well-being, knowing how much one can affect the other. Spiritual Goal: Ten minutes of meditation Gratitude: For the knowledge that I am able to walk away in peace. (I need not start my days with politics.)

Good Afternoon, Dear Ones!
Cathy - Wonderful to have regular meetups with friends....and walking between card hands is a good idea. When I borrow DVDs of TV series from the library, I make myself get up and walk or do a 15 minute decluttering session between episodes:)
Suzanne - I hear your gratitude...this is why I refuse to watch any national news before I've had a full day and dinner, LOL!
Daily Affirmation: I am focused and centered Fitness report: Fitness class at the Y Health Goal: easy on the simple carbs...(I'm out of weekly points!) Gratitude: Access to activities I enjoy!
