Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

IT WAS TOO HARD TO STORE THE ALL THE EGGS I NEEDED. NOW 1 CUP AND A HALF FF COTTAGE CHEESE AND 6 TABLESPOONS OF EANUT BUTTER AND 15 SLICES OF HEALTHY LIFE AND 8 OZ OF CARROTS

I think one main thing I have to do is move more! I did walk at lunch yesterday.
Brenda I love the meetings but I just would not do the necessary things to lose

the cottage cheese made me throw up Peanut butter and bread 3 slices or 6 Healthylife slices 6 tablespoons of peanut butter 3 tablespoons of pb2 carrots made me throw up going for apples. when I shop tuesday. 3 a day.
