How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Not sure what we are doing today. I have heard we may go to an old temple from Phoenician times that is underground behind a locked door - in the village of Bterram. I have been once in the past by chance but my daughter wants to see it and my husband is working to get it set up. Not sure if exercise will happen or not. Looking forward to the 10th and being back OP with both eating and exercise.
Bob: Glad you are better - sorry to hear about the cold weather and trash everywhere. There is trash here everywhere due to people throwing it out windows while driving, poor pick-up service and disposal of garbage...not fun.
Cindy: Sometimes lives get chaotic...or change...making it difficult to do as we had planned. Glad you are back online and OP.

I didn't go to weightlifting class yesterday. BUT I did go out for a 2.5+ mile walk. Then I walked the supermarket. Ended up with almost 13k steps. Off to a good start today but need to keep moving to hit my step goal
