Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

I FEEL BETTER. I don't have any stomach problems with what I am eating peanut butter and toast and apples. i got some sleep. I am going by calories. I have a ceiling. 1823 calories which means I can eat up to 11 tablespoons of peanut butter a day. and fast and apples 3. i got 10000 steps yesterday.

Debbie, that's so fun you do things with Susan. I wish you lived closer to me so we could do things together ;-) Move back this way!! lol

I had a little over 15,000 steps yesterday. My stomach was not good this morning so I had to skip the towpath. Might try this afternoon.

Amy, glad you're feeling a little better and got your steps in yesterday!
Brenda, WTG on the steps yesterday! Sorry your tummy's not cooperating today, I hope that changes soon so you can hit the towpath this afternoon!
I finally dragged my lazy bottom to the gym this morning for the 5:45am spinning class. If I get the chance I'll go to they gym at lunchtime for the leg weight machines I missed yesterday at lunch. Then hopefully some walking after work, maybe downtown as I'll be there for a work related task at the main site in the afternoon. I haven't gone for a walk downtime in quite a while. It's actually kind of pleasant depending where you walk!
