Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

GOOD MORNING. I READ N ARTICLE YOU NEED 31 GRAMS OF FIBER A DAY. I GOT THINKING TAT MY PASTA DID NOT HAVE IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WHOLE WHEAT. 10 TABLESPOONS OF NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER IS 10 FIBER. 10 HEALTHY LIFE OR 5 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT IS 25 GRAMS OF FIBER. THAT IS 35 GRAMS/ SO I WILL EAT THAT AND 3 APPLES A DAY. IT WILLBE EASIER TO SHOP. .

Added 1 cup of fresh spinach with wishbone lite with 2 tablespoons 1 point 35 calories hmm good
