Winter is here!! We have 77 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Hello! I'm off to a good start today -30 minutes before work on my home Glider plus halfway through my water servings!
I have PT later today then I'll hit the gym for the weight machines. I tried walking on the TM but had to keep it SO slow (level 1.9!) that I can't imagine it being much of a workout. Almost 32 minutes to go just 1 mile! But foot is doing okay this morning so at least no harm done.

How Democracy ws bought about the cross check i 30 states that took 4 million r3egistered voters off the polls Tomorrow going to Trumpland movie at a coffee house by Michael Moore. I start Zumba classes tomorrow. 4 classes a week. Eventually the other 3 days I will do on my video zumba gold but I want to know the dances. Decided treadmill was boring to stay on son so Zumba. Tracking online they have zumba listed. description transitions gentle on the body and low impact.
