Good morning friends, have to post and run for the moment but wanted to start us up. I enjoyed this 8 Minutes to Start Your Day Positively meditation and enjoyed it very much.
Affirmation - This is going to be a great day!
Fitness Report - an hour of ball and mat PT, rotator series, yoga stretches.
Health Goal - hydrate a lot and work hard at M.O.G. tonight.
Gratitude - all this therapeutic Pilates is making my clothes fit better! A happy observation while getting dressed this morning. WAHOO!!!

Pat, thanks for the link to that little 8 minute video, I enjoyed it too! I’m thinking I might not remember to meditate every day, but this was easy.
DBF and I went mall shopping yesterday afternoon, using some gift cards we had received for Christmas and then used another one for dinner. We had fun and didn’t have to spend much cash:) I am also grateful that the weather here changed …it was very windy all day, and started snowing just as we were driving out to the mall. But it changed to rain while we shopped…so, no brushing off the car, no blizzard conditions driving home, yay!
Daily Affirmation - I am focused and centered
Fitness Goal or report - 10,000 steps
Health Goal - mindful moderation in food choices
Gratitude - many resources available to me

Good morning! Pat, thanks for getting us up and running today and for the 8-minute meditation link. Thumbs up on the progress you're seeing from the Pilates! Carol, I'm glad were able to enjoy a nice post-Christmas shopping trip yesterday. I shopped with one of my gift cards yesterday and also loved not having to spend cash out of my pocket! lol Suzanne, love your calmness and grace affirmation today. So very positive! Lisa, hope you get some good tips from ZenHabits! Michelle, may all you visualize within your collage come to be! They are such a powerful tool and I'm grateful for your reminder about that. BTW, love the idea of a sassy affirmation...it made me giggle! lol Daily Affirmation - I stay open to intuition and the synchronicities it reveals. Sassy Affirmation - Sassy to the max! Fitness Report - Completed two walks and might get in some functional fitness around the house or in the yard. Health Goal - Eat for nutrition. Drink water. Gratitude - A break in the rain so I could walk this morning. Peace out, Angels!

Pat, Congrats!--Do you like Pilates? I did it on the Reformer for several years and only stopped because getting consistent appointments was impossible. Then I drifted into yoga--so glad I did. Also enjoyed the Pilates floor work and just loved the Reformer.
Suzanne, Your affirmation made me feel lighter--like I am floating in air.
