Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

FINALLY!! I made it to the gym this morning for the leg weights machines and for the 5:45am spinning class! I've been such a slug lately! Hopefully this is the start of a better attitude towards exercise! I WILL walk at least 1 mile today after work!

I am going to try nutrisystem again. I am lost. May use popcorn as a snack. 3 cups is a potion of Vics. Getting it Friday.
