Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

Yes its me! I just looked at last weeks weight and if I am careful til Saturday, I could actually weigh less!

Brenda, that is so awesome you have someone to do C25K with, and on the towpath too! hint, hint -we have a towpath here too in case you guys want to come up here to train and I'll do it with you, lol!
If I don't get caught at work around noon, I'll try and slip away to the gym for arm weights. Not sure yet what the plan is for after work but I need to do something aerobic!
Oh Amy, I am sorry you are feeling lost! I absolutely know how you feel! Don't give up, you'll find the right plan for you! And we're here for you!

nutrisystem by 3pm so ne more day of trying and then structure. I will give away the snacks and eat 4 point 3 cups of vice popcorn.
