Good day, Dear Ones:
Its a new WW week for me and that's a good thing. Last week started with Girls Nite In and the week did not improve after that. New week - fresh start.
Cathy: your colorful fruit emojis remind me of what I will be snacking on. I'll keep those images in my head.
🍇Daily Affirmation: By being calm and aware, I know - intuitively - the right thing to do from moment to moment. And I accept my choices as being the right ones for me. (Repeat to myself often.)
🍇Fitness Goal: Move because I can.
🍇Health Goal: I will eat things that turn to health and beauty.
🍇Spiritual Goal: Focus on my breath.
🍇Gratitude: For being alive today.

Suzanne, I read about your Fitbit concerns. I have a Fitbit One and they are discontinuing it. I hope they will keep the connection for it up and running. It syncs with my WW fitness. I disagree with the counts, too - it only counts actual forward, back and side to side motion. You can be working your butt off shoveling snow, gardening or lifting weights, but it looks like you walked one foot.
Daily Affirmation - I am worth the effort.
Fitness Report - AM Pilates; lunch walk; Margaret in the evening for chest, triceps, quads, hamstrings and glutes.
Health Goal - More weights or cardio tonight.
Spiritual Goal - center myself with some morning yoga (DONE).
Gratitude - my collection of yoga DVDs.
Must run - waves all around!

Suzanne, Not sure about a goal for my FitBit. I just think it is fun to see what is going on with me. I am not much of a sitter so I rack up the mileage BUT that doesn't mean I am healthy all the way around. What about aerobic activity or weight training. I notice that it does keep me focused on WANTING to walk more. I like that.
Affirmation: Focus!
H & F Goal: Get my protein drinks made tonight
Spiritual goal: Zening
Gratitude: Is that a pumpkin? I really enjoy the fruits--thanks Cathy.
