Summer is here. Put on sun tan lotion and get out. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather is here and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional.11 There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March June 21 to September 22.

As I was setting us up for the day I was wondering how long we've been friends on here. Anyone know? I love the support we give each other.

Debbie, were you able to go to the gym at lunch yesterday? I wish we did live closer I would do the towpath and lakes with you ;-)
I had 18,158 steps yesterday. Water intake was good, just still struggling with the tracking in the evening.
Not sure what I will do today. I have poison ivy in a couple places--thanks Maddie--lol
I leave Monday for Florida. I will be gone a week so probably won't be checking in.

Thanks for starting us Brenda. I am getting I HOPE Nutrisystem today. i tracked what I add to NUTRISYSTEM TODAY. (2 PORTIONS)= added up 1 1/2 CUPS WHOLLE WHEAT PPASTA 1/2 cUP LITE SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 3 CUPS VICS POPCORN FOR 4 POINTS 3 APPLES I am just eating breakfast lunch and dinner not their snacks so my popcorn is my snack.n

I am only going to eat 3/4 cup of ww pasta and 1/4 cup of lite shredded cheddar cheese.

Hello! Thanks for starting us Brenda!
Well darn, no I didn't make it to the gym yesterday. But then I figured I'd make it up today with the 5:45am spinning class. Only just before I went to bed last night the spinning instructor texted me the due to equipment problems (music system), class was cancelled. Arg! Of course, be lazy, I skipped the gym this morning. Hopefully, I'll get my fanny in gear and at least go walking after work today!
Wowsa Brenda, WTG on the steps yesterday! Glad the C25K with your buddy is going so well! I hope you have a fantastic time in Florida!!
I don't know how long but I'm pretty sure it's longer than at least 2010, because my parents were still alive and I met Brenda for the first time while I was in the area visiting my parents. And I actually think it's a lot longer than that!
Amy, hope this plan works for you! I'm kind of preparing over the weekend to get my own plan in order starting next week! Let's wish each other luck, we can do this!!
