Daily Affirmation: I will love myself enough today to eat and drink in a healthy way. Fitness Goal or report: walk for at least ten minutes Health Goal: Healthy balanced foods Spiritual Goal: meditate while walking Gratitude: for friends and family Anything else you want to share: Had fun yesterday but wasn't terribly moderate so will be today

Thoughts are things. They create reality. One day I just change. One day what was yesterday is no more. It's easy. Just look in my rear view mirror at the changes I have made in my life. No matter how long I struggle, no matter what I go through, one day it is different if I am just willing to have it so.

affirmation - my thoughts are my life health goal - eat real food, not too much fitness goal - yoga/pilates gratitude - full day of work, which I am thankful for
I made 4 soups yesterday, ate well, and walked last night with DH. Good day overall. Going to make today even better!

Good afternoon everyone! Wow did we have weather yesterday. In one area only a couple miles from me there was a "microburst" and the wind was 100 MPH. Lots of uprooted trees and associated damage. Our house was safe. Michelle - no rotten tomatoes coming from my direction! I agree with you about yoga. I could not imagine life without yoga. And last night I did it in front of the TV. Carol, it's nice to see you! Welcome back. Waves to Cathy, Suzanne and Lisa. ♥ Daily Affirmation - real food is the best medicine. Fitness Report - a little wake-up yoga in the a.m., played around with some restorative poses on my new bolster; took a little after dinner walk. Health Goal - eat more vegetables tonight. Spiritual Goal - meditate. Gratitude - I think my new bolster. It is very large and firm - still thinking about it.

Anyone looking for a healthy new drink? I made a Strawberry Shrub last week with some very ripe strawberries. Raw cider vinegar, strawberries and a few T of honey. I shake it once a day. It's very light and tasty added to sparkling water or plain ol' H2O. Put it in a pretty glass and it feels like something special to boot!
