Nothing to really report. Today hubby and I will probably have lunch somewhere (not at home) and go grocery shopping. I need to go to the pharmacy and we need Frontline for the cats SO errands are in our future at some point today.
I always benefit from reading your affirmations, goals and gratitude statements. Some make me smile while others make me aspire. I wish you all a great day today!
Daily Affirmation: I am at peace with all that has happened, is happening and will happen. Fitness Goal or report: will take weights off the floor and do a few arm exercises with them when I am finished on the computer. Health Goal: Moderate choices wherever we have lunch today Spiritual Goal: Focus on the positive Gratitude: Everything - good and bad - all has potential for me in my life

Pat - Holy Moly, 100 mph! I didn't catch where you live, are you on the coast? Anyway, glad to hear you are undamaged!
Daily Affirmation: I embrace lovingkindness towards all Fitness report: Tap class! My knee is feeling OK so far. Next week we'll be in a newly renovated room with a brand new, wood floor, yay! Health Goals: get up and move each hour; get more sleep! Spiritual Goal: shine a light Gratitude: gentle weather

Happy Friday my friends! I did that 20 minute body weight yoga practice again this morning. Still a big struggle but I did about 3% better with the side elbow planks. I'm grateful it is only 20 minutes! Cathy we are so happy you joined us! I love seeing your cheerful post to start us up every morning. ♥ Carol, that is a good affirmation. Sometimes it is hard to embrace "all" and it takes a big character to do it. Hello to Lisa, Michelle, Suzanne and anyone who joins us today. Daily Affirmation - today I choose peace. Fitness Report - nothing formal. It was a blah day. Health Goal - strength and/or cardio tonight, even if it's only 10 minutes of each. Spiritual Goal - meditate (DONE) Gratitude - It is a beautiful Friday and we are here!

I think I have the "Winter Blues" already!! I just feel..."blah". I returned to Tai Chi class yesterday after not having been for months. I am hopeful it will return to being the positive experience it once was. On another note - my arm muscles actually hurt from Wednesday's weight-lifting. Yeah!
Pat: Good grief - 100mph winds?! I hope you see no Tropical Storm remnants. I watch the footage and am in awe of the power of nature. (I am also a weather-geek.)
