B: uncured bacon; bran flakes w/Splenda, blueberries, and nonfat milk; coffee L: Subway sandwich and baked Lays; diet Coke S: tangerine D: baked stuffed chicken breasts; buttered carrots; nonfat milk

HI all TGIF! B- Coffee, strawberries and egg whites with onion, mushrooms and peppers S- if hungry - Greek yogurt with blueberries L - 1/2 Turkey sandwich with 1 tsp. lite mayo, NO SF bread and a few chips S - Unsweetened applesauce D - Small portion of baked taco salad from my son's last night S - 1/2 cup coffee ice cream

B - shredded wheat, unsweetened almond milk L - Out with a co-worker for Mexican. I had 12 chips with salsa and a chicken soft taco, water D -small sirloin steak, baked potato, grilled vegs. small whole grain roll, water with lemon
S - maybe an apple later

S – Usual coffee B - Better breakfast casserole over tomatoes w/evoo and balsamic glaze L – Hummus, lavash, pickled veggies - Got the special - Argentinian steak wrap (skipped the wrap) loaded with veggies, well seasoned, delicious. D – Tuna tartar and seaweed salad E – Triple threat

Ugh... I brought my breakfast to work with good intentions (Cheerios, almond milk, blueberries), but I was really early to work, so I detoured to Starbucks.... and with my beverage, I forgot to request almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant, but so far I'm okay.
B: Chile Mocha Frappucino, 2 Bantam Bagels (bad choices - moving on...)
L: Small Salad w/Bolthouse Farms Blue Cheese Dressing; Cilantro Lime Shrimp
S: Tillamook Cheddar Cheese; Pear
