How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Formal: - Did my Zumba class - Walked all the aisles at the supermarket Informal: - Walked to the other end of the plaza after Zumba to grab a healthy snack - Played darts - Walked from the taproom to a restaurant for dinner (and back)
Ended up with over 13000 steps!

Ended up going to the movies with DD so cut bike ride shorter than my usual. Walked 60' early and biked about 18-20 minutes. Went to see Eagle Huntress. Great documentary film.
Will get out early today. Probably a skiff to maybe an inch of snow late today??? Schools open. Most of the snow way south toward Salem and or east of us I think.
