How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Great job Bob & Cindy! Yesterday was cleaning for HOURS - five or six hours - not doing much today

Yesterday could have been real bad! DS wanted to go to the supermarket to get more seltzer while it was still on sale. We went but I got to walk the supermarket twice. Then while waiting for our table at the restaurant I walked in place. I had a bunch to finish up in front of the TV but I did it!!! 10,288 steps for the day.
I really wanted to not do it yesterday. But I really wanted to hit my step goals for all 5 days in the workweek hustle challenge more.

Yesterday was very cold for us a low of about 14 deg (-10°C) . Rode my bike to gym in 19 deg (-7°C). Brrr. So rode for 50' and did weights for 40'. Today should be interesting with snow/sleet/ice pellets and freezing rain in the offing starting in an hour or two. YIKES
