Ann, your smoothie sounds good.
MJ, glad y'all had a great time. Whether you go out or stay home, enjoy your meal.
I have pondered the 20,000 step aiming fudge Lady that Audrey shared. I am never gonna get there --- and barring a miracle I won't make it to 10,000 either. But I have determined that I can make more moves in the tub full of water that is beneficial to me.
So, thanks Audrey for sharing that story. It has surely nudged me.

Made it:)
Slept in a little then had to get to church early and set up Communion. Then stayed late to count money and fix up for deposit. One of my new duties since our Fin. Sec. of many years needs a break. Came in and prepared a quick lunch and now relaxing a bit. Yesterday was OP all the way. Had a little snow shower that did not add up to anything but it sure was/is cold!! Today is OP and hopefully some activity before the day is thru.
Susi, sorry about the snow but on the bright side lots of activity for you!
Ann, 3! Oh my! Makes my 17 low and 36 high sound not so bad. Your hot choc sounds so yummy.
June, hope your semester goes well! It has been a long time since I sat indian style. My little four year old friend likes me to get on the floor with her quite frequently but I prefer the couch LOL... I do however like to sit on a leg and cross them quite frequently.
Naomi, I sure hope you get some answers and relief soon. I agree with June you should not have to choose between comfort and loopy. Keep us posted and we'll keep praying.
Bee, your squash and egg sounds delish!
Audrey, good pizza is worth it for sure. good for you getting right back on track today!
MJ, glad you enjoyed all of your holiday festivities:)
Hope everyone's favorite team wins today!
And for College teams...I always pull for The University of South Carolina (Gamecocks) but tomorrow night our big rival, Clemson is playing for the National champs against Alabama, Rolltide, so of course I will pull for Clemson! Go TIGERS!

Ann-- they would be quite touched to know that celebrated each and every one of them.
Mj-- so nice that you had such a lovely family gathering to put the "holidaze" season to rest. That was some food spread. Nice to have both the chicken Marsala and shrimp to repurpose this week. I love that you could talk to absent relatives via tech. Hope that you had a nice steak dinner, and enjoy the game. Stay warm!

LaDonna- great job staying on program on a atypically cold SC day! Love those back to back OP days! Ha ha ha... you surprised me by saying that you will root for Clemson. They blew out OSU, so I have no dog in the fight. I try not to cheer for any team to lose, but that said, we make an exception for the Steelers in this Browns' household.
Bee j- I walked a lot, and I didn't make 20,000 steps daily. That is one lil dynamo, Audrey's friend. But you are right, we can be inspired to move more in ways that benefit us. I will join you in that commitment. Until I can exercise as I want, I will do more housework & try yoga.

Out the door early as handbells played at both services. We had a light breakfast and then had a point friendly lunch. It has been tracked. I'm definitely moving more than other days this week which is a good thing. I'm also getting in my liquids and continuing to find reasons to smile.

Pam-- am sure your fellow church members appreciated the performances. Handbells make such joyful music. Kudos on the tracking, healthy meals, increased activity. And more fluids. You are are in the zone! Yayyyyy!

Haha June, I'm not a Clemson hater by any means:) I pull for them when they are not playing USC. A lot of good friends and family from the upstate. Pam, love hearing handbells. I was able to get in some activity today...oh my it was so cold but glad I got it done. I hope everyone has a great night of rest and is warm and comfy
