Lori, congratulations on Ivy! My parents named their cars too. lol
Debbie, your hike sounds wonderful. What kind of wild life do you see? Hope the estimate was not too high.
Look like Virginia had a nice race. I miss doing those. Maybe one day I'll do another one. I am going to sign up for the Turkey Trot. Even if I walk most of it I shall have fun ;-)
Waving to Virginia, Lou and Vicki
Yesterday I had 19,295 steps. Most I've had for a bit. I will go to a WW meeting this morning and then probably walk on the towpath this afternoon.

Happy Sunday,
Thanks for starting us, Brenda. Thank you, my race was decent. I was on the race's pace team. I paced the people who were targeting 3:15 as a finish time. My finishing time was pretty close to that. How is your foot? Since you are headed out to the tow path, I am assuming things are better with it.
Lou, what is this with rolling ankles? Yikes, I do not want to join that club. It's bad enough that I joined the fall club last Sunday. I hope you are feeling better. Window replacement...if you already have vinyl windows, it likely is not necessary unless you have seal failure. Or at least that's what DH tells me. He worked for a building products wholesale/retail/install company for 10+ years, so has a bit of background in the area.
Debbie, I'm not sure that fall is my favorite season. Winter definitely is my least favorite season and it is on the heels of fall. I think I will go with spring as my favorite season. Your hike pictures were great to see. I am glad that you had a good time. I hope the popcorn removal estimate was reasonable.
Lori, congrats on Ivy! We also name our vehicles. DH had a black truck named Jack a few years ago. Debbie has ridden in my previous cars, JB (DS#2 now has her) and Lucky (because it was a 2013 model, lucky 13, haha) Current car gets called either Blue Girl or Blue Belle. Tell Chris that you have lots of company when it comes to naming cars.
Hi Vicki! I hope you have a great weekend. Glad you could check in.
Today was a nice, no alarm clock day for the first time in probably a month. I did a light workout first thing. Friday was a migraine day, I am so thankful it did not happen on HM day. It made me miss WW meeting and I also got a late start to the workday. It would have been a good WI # based on the home scale. Yesterday was HM #44 for me, it started out slightly cool but the temp was in the lower 80s and it was quite humid by the time we finished. My hot mess 11 and 8 mile training sessions in FL prepared me well for race conditions. The only other friend from my walking group to do the race was my best training and race friend, Beth. I need to find out how many HMs she has done. I think that her total is near 30. She has also completed two marathons. The rest of the gang is doing a HM in DC on 10/28 so they bypassed the local HM this time. I am not going to DC with the gang, my travels to see the littles have me nearly out of vacation days for the year.
Thank you all for the T & Ps for me and my family. DSis & family are the first concern. DSis is in the process of getting divorced. She and STBX are putting their house on the market a week from tomorrow. They were married for 25 years, so this has sent shock waves throughout the entire family as you can well imagine. Everything should be final by mid December. I have concerns about the kids, especially DNephew, and he doesn't want to talk. I am respecting that. I know it is a tough situation and he's at an age that is a challenge in itself (14). So far, just being there for DSis and DNiece when they need me has been my role.
Speaking of DNiece, I am meeting up with her later today. I am looking forward to that! She and her brother are very special to me. DNephew is on fall break from school so is off for a long weekend fishing trip with his dad. Not sure if I will see them or not.
I hope that everyone has a great Sunday.
Take care, Ginia

Good morning, Brenda - Great job on the steps, that is like seven miles, wow. The realtor that it would be around $500 and the quote was $3,000. We were quite shocked. So I will be scraping off the popcorn and he will texture and paint, it will still be close to $2,000.
I am still hopeful that the house will sell before I have to do that work. A showing for today just came up, we have nothing planned for today. I did the Blogilates abs on fire and arms on fire, I still can't complete those. I highly recommend all the Blogilates, they are free. Debbie

Hi, Virginia - that is truly sad that after 25 years they couldn't decide to continue loving each other. My DH and I had a very rough patch with the kids were in their teens but we are both stubborn and hung together. As soon as the kids were off to college it was back to honeymoon time. 44th HM that is soooo amazing, is there a record for HM, I think you have it.
