Winter is here!! We have 69 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20 Our Current Challengers: Amy- 2013(242.8), 2014 (190), 2015 (148.8), 2016 (147)(2017) (196.6),202.6 Brenda- (2017) 203.4 Deb- (2017) 183.6 Mo- 220/ 204.8 Sue- 210.2
Good morning! It's Monday and today's daily challenge is OP Day
Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

Amy hope you are able to cut some of the sodas out. I stopped drinking them years ago. I have an occasional one, but I drink sparkling water now.
Debbie and Mo QVC has the fitbit that I have on sale and to me it's a really good price.
Met another 10K goal yesterday. Plan to do the same today.

Okay, I really struggled to get out of bed. I think I'm struggling with depression and am not sure really what to do about it. Between Trump and my foot problems, I just don't want to face the world.
