Starting over is not a bad thing. It means you haven't given up. There are many in the "over 60's" group that have started over and over and over.
If you need support and encouragement in your quest to not only look better and feel better, but to be healthier and enjoy life to the max, come on in. You are welcome here.

Good morning all,
The temperature is only 18* right now but it will go up to 26*. We had the same temperatures yesterday when we went to church. It was really bitter cold and windy. The dusting of snow that we got Saturday is still on the ground. It is too cold to melt even though the sun is shining. But it is going to get warmer by Thursday. So I think I will stay in while it is cold and do the grocery shopping on Thursday.
Today is the day that the proposal is due at NIH so I will be online waiting to see what happens. They are submitted electronically and anything can happen.
I am hoping to make cookies today. My sister is coming in from Cleveland on the weekend for a visit and I am having the whole family here for dinner Saturday. So I have a lot to get done this week before the visit.

Good morning Becki,
Last night was the coldest night for us this year so far.....7; it's now 11. I guess the sun is warming us up. I haven't been out of the house since Friday. I need to pick up meds and some food so I guess I'm going to venture out.
Laundry later nothing exciting. Feel so bad for my little guys going out to school in this cold. Even though they are driven in a warm car.
