Lou, gee you were by yourself yesterday. 4 mile run is great! I did not name my car, but I do talk to her.
Virginia, that would be great to fit #45 in this year. ;-)
Debbie, sorry about your brother. I hope the trip to Florida is okay for you.
Waving to Lori and Vicki

Hi, Thanks for starting us, Brenda. LOL, if you talk to your car, you may as well go ahead and give her a name. How are the tow path miles going with the ankle? Lou, it was all you yesterday, all day. Great job on that 4 mile run. How are you feeling? Are you mostly healed? Yes, Indy is close-ish and I have thought about doing the Monumental. I've never done that race. If it were a Sunday race instead of a Saturday race I might commit. I don't want to use any chips that I have with taking any time away from work for another race. Debbie, that is disappointing and beyond that your brother did not pass on the info about your deceased brother. I wish you safe travels. If you say Blogilates is hard, I'm not sure I could get through it. So, I recently mentioned two family concerns and I shared DSis's situation. We also have some things going on with DS#2 which I won't detail (I am not trying to vague post, I promise...) and we had a really serious situation that arose on Monday afternoon. Things are calmer now and we have an initial plan in place and we should be on an even keel for a bit. There are more puzzle pieces to get connected, so it is truly a work in progress. I would appreciate more T & P for his situation. This reared its head right before my last trip to FL. I ended up only working about a half day yesterday due to the family emergency, hence my reluctance to schedule another race. Today is work, planning to do Essentrics at midday. I think I have missed it for a month plus now. The Monday class has been put on hold because our instructor keeps her two DGDs on the days that her DD works. She loves having the kiddos and I am sure her DD and DSIL love knowing that they are in good hands. Waving hi to Lori and Vicki. Later, Ginia

Hi, Louis - great job on the 4 miles. Where your legs happy with it? Brenda - thanks for the start. The trip is a drag mostly, I did get and room in a house through airbnb, the couple is super nice and it is only a block from the beach. Virginia - More T & P for everyone in the family. I hope your DS is OK and gets past whatever this bump in the road is.
Hi, Vicki and Lori
The midnight flight has crushed me, spending the day with my little brother has used up my patience. The house is so gross and DLB moves like a snail, he always has a cigarette in his mouth. To sleep early for me. Debbie
