S - Usual coffee B - Egg in a sweet potato boat over arugula and baby spinach with evoo and lemon L - Roasted red pepper soup, BLheirloomT w/cheese on light rye with canola mayo S - Poached pear D - My version of Skinnytaste Korean beef bowl. Using beef tips instead of ground beef and cauliflower rice instead of regular rice E - Bar class

L: Soup made with Trader Joe's Miso ginger broth, 4 mini cilantro chicken won ton, 6 Trader Joe's Chicken gyoza potstickers (yummy for a wet rainy day)
D: TBD...may have the same thing I have for lunch

Hi everyone. Didn't have time to post this morning.
Breakfast - Premier Protein chocolate shake, banana
Snack - Babybel light cheese
Lunch - pb&j sandwich using 2 slices Aldi 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp natural PB, and 1 tbsp Kroger reduced sugar preserves; 1 c. fresh pineapple
Dinner - 3/4 c. brown rice topped with black eyed peas, and a link of Aldi's mild Italian chicken sausage, plus Italian cut green beans.
Evening Snack - Not sure yet

Update:
D: So I bought a bag of frozen chicken - I thought it was a "skillet meal" but I was wrong.
It's Foster Farms Saute Ready Garlic Marinated Raw Chicken Pieces. Luckily I have some fresh veggies - I'm sauteing it with mushrooms and orange bell pepper.
Wild Rice Blend on the side.
