Today I have no commitments so I can take a long morning walk and have good healthy meals. I have been decluttering at home and me time will involve reading as well as watching Zootopia. I am planning on a relaxing day.

My goal is to get below goal more than one day a week. I've been flailing a bit lately. I always have plenty of me time. I meditate daily, read and try to walk by the ocean most days.

My goal is to remain on plan and continue to track everything I eat. Me time today is yoga class, Tuesday knitting group, and book club this evening. Book club is a good thing, but I have no idea what kind of food will be served. Usually it's just a light supper, but I always leave enough points for the meal. Have a good day everyone!

Lani: Walking by the ocean sounds nice.
My goal is to keep up my exercise and me-time is my computer time. I really like keeping in touch with everyone on the computer.
We are having lots of sun today which always helps my mood.
Jan: What book are you discussing at book club?

My goal this week is to continue upping my fruit & water intake, and make myself do 60 min of cardio at gym.
Me time is prepping for my London trip.

Still trying to get back to a regular schedule. First Christmas, and now snow has disrupted things.

Jan: What book are you discussing at book club? We're discussing the book The Marriage of Opposites by Alice Hoffman this evening. It's historical fiction, about the woman who was the painter Camille Pissarro's mother. SaveSaveSaveSave

I have a long range goal: between Dec 28 and Feb 22 I want to lose 4 pounds to get back down to my WW goal weight. (On Feb 24 we leave to go on a cruise and I want to be comfortable in shorts and a swim suit.) > In order to get that done, my mini-goal is to lose at least 1/2 pound each week. In the first week I was down 1 lb. > In order to get that done, I've been doing Simply Filling and drinking more water.
So, specifically for this week, my goal is to keep on keeping on!
Me-time: ~ Reading library books during daylight hours without guilt. ~ Working on my new coloring book.

I went to Curves this morning and walked this afternoon.Today was the first time I have walked since I went to my NP about my knee and I could tell it.
Me time is going to Curves, exercising on the machines and talking to the other members there. There is always a variety of topics to discuss there.
