Winter is here!! We have 70 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Good morning! It's Tuesday and today's daily challenge is work those arms.
Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

I have had so much trouble with eating I decided 3 times a week todo Zumba Frday Sat and Sunday I will do my my Pilates reb08nder for aerobics and ton9ng. 4 days a week. up to 7 it has to come and then put together

Debbie I can so relate about Trump. It's hard watching the news. I am so glad you got the fitbit! We can be friends on it. If all of us have one (Mo are you still thinking about it?) we can do challenges together.
I didn't go to my WW meeting this morning. I just want to be left alone today. Tomorrow is my in/out procedure and I hate it. Ugh

Amy, do you have a fitbit? Amy, I'm feeling your pain! Like Brenda said, we gotta hang in there and not let that lunatic get to us!
I have a TOPS meeting this evening and they're calling for snow now but by evening changing over to freezing rain! I am not driving in freezing rain if I can help it! And I'm not crazy about driving in snow either!

Brenda ((((Hugs)))) I will think about getting a fitbit! Deb, we had nasty weather here too this morning and supposed to have freezing rain this evening. I just got back from my WW meeting and lost the 1.6 I had gained over New years plus another -.2. I have -1.2 to go to get to my first 10 pounds since returning to the meetings. Its a little slow but that is because I goof around some!
Amy you always amaze me with your energy!
