Good morning.
Continuing ed today. I may need help staying awake through this one. It sucks a little because it's tax-centric and today's course is focused on the individual side. Kinda wish we had a better idea of what (if any) actual tax reforms were coming from Congress before they put this class on. 🤔
So, since they've already likely started foreclosure-type action, now you're forced to wait for them to start flooding paperwork and legal fees? That stinks, Debbie. They should be thrilled not to have the baton dropped. 😤

Good morning, Louis - thank she for the start. Yes, I couldn't believe they wouldn't take money from me. Only $47,000 is owed on the house so it will be easy for then to get their money. I will not throw any more money into taking care of Bobs s#|t. It has already cost me $5,000.
I braved the scale this morning and found I lost a little, so I am back at goal. Today will start with gym time, TM , booty barre and yoga. Then I am going with Ted to his poker buddies funeral. Have a fun day everyone. Debbie

Hi,
Thanks for starting us, Lou. I hope you tanked up on caffeine to help you get through the dry subject matter of today's continuing ed session. I agree that it would be better to know exactly what congressionally induced changes you'd have to deal with prior to this class. I hope your appointments & meetings went well yesterday.
Hi, Debbie. I hope that things can be worked out with the FL house. I agree with you re: drawing the line on spending any more $$ on it. Yay for being back at goal. Sorry about DH's friend, that is sad.
Hi, Vicki. NTSY.
Hi, Brenda. DS#2 has hit a really rough spot so we are working through that. Today's 6 am appointment was a joke, so he is following up on a better option. As a result we got a super early start to the day and hung out at Starbucks before I had to go to work. Re your DS, if he had a really serious attack, I would expect that gall bladder removal will be the recommendation from the surgeon.
Today is work, volunteering to work with our community partner school this afternoon. It should be a quiet evening.
Waving hi to Lori and hoping she is doing well.
Later, Ginia

Good afternoon
Lou, hope you make it through the class without snoring ;-)
Vicki, how is AJ doing in school?
Debbie, sorry about all the stuff with your brother's place. You have an awesome husband--lucky lady (sending you to the gym--very supportive).
Virginia, I'm sorry about DS#2. You are a good mom. I think they will take my son's GB out.
I didn't see your challenge Debbie on the tracking. I will do start tomorrow. I've been cleaning today for company.
Waving to Lori
Brenda
