affirmation - I am tech savvy! health goal - hydrate, refrain from grains fitness goal - cardio and core gratitude - a kind and patient husband I thought we could add photos to these posts? I can't figure out how to do it. I can only link to a website photo. Bummer. I wanted to share the dreamcatcher I made for future DIL. In searching for ideas I found several I'd like to make some day, haha! Added to my wish list!

Good morning! Wow, that dream catcher is beautiful - I love the off-centered theme, so different than the usual web-like circle.
Ugh, I finished one long-term project yesterday and now have to catch up with all the others I put off - got to run today.
Michelle - sounds like a major mess you had to contend with. Good for you on making that lemonade!
Daily Affirmation - I am industrious and skilled at my job.
Fitness Report - side series from PT and a gentle yoga matrix from Shiva's Fluid Power.

affirmation - my. passwords. work. every. single. time! Need to turn this day around fast! Say goodbye to iphone factory reset and changing many passwords that ate up my entire morning. Still cannot get this site to my phone. Password works here on the puter, but not the phone. Is there such a thing as a phone troll? ??

Greetings, Dearest Ones:
Sorry I missed out yesterday. I’m in my “Gym-Rat” phase again. Yesterday was Tai Chi class; after that I worked for an hour on strength-training and flexibility. This morning, was an hour of dance class and strength-training (intervals), followed by an hour of strength and conditioning class. I’m whooped. But I feel great for having tried it. A couple weeks ago, I discovered the strength and conditioning class and I REALLY like the instructor. So, this morning, I tried one of her other classes (dance/strength). It was hard work (reminded me of bootcamp) but I’d much rather be dancing and working up a sweat than doing jumping jacks, push ups, and squats (Boot Camp). She also does a dance class on MWF at 8:30 in the morning. Thats a bit early for me but I think I’m gonna give it a try. If I can dance for 30-60 minutes and call it exercise, bring it on!
Lisa: The quilt is gorgeous. Who do you use to host your website? I’ve always wanted to have a blog. Of course, it would center around gardens. And cats. Love your garden photos.
Carol: Good luck on the detox. Give us the details when you have them.
Pat: You really got hit with snow. Its been snowing here this morning and still is and its blowing up a storm. Its supposed to turn to freezing rain and then rain later today. Its a perfect day to look at seed-catalogs and get inspired for Spring flowers.
Michelle: Sorry to hear of your “lemons and lemonade”. And I’m glad all that rain wasn’t snow.
Anetta: Keep up the good work on your crafts. Sounds like a great little Valentines Day gift!
My Low-FODMAP diet is going pretty well. I'm starting to learn the foods I can/cannot eat. I have the lists hanging on the frig, but I realized there are some foods where they note a limit (almonds, celery, oatmeal, and on and on). I'm not sure when I'll be brave enough to step on the scale again. After the holidays and all, and these few changes in diet, I'm a bit fearful. Maybe end of week.
Daily Affirmation: I'm in charge of my body. Fitness Report: see above Health Goal: to be my best self. Gratitude: for this new class instructor I've found at the gym. What a gem!
