Hello,
I was the last to post in the weekend thread, so not a whole lot to update since then. Today is work, P/T w/o after work and a quiet evening at home to follow.
Intro: I'm Ginia (Virginia) 57, from SW IN. DH and I have 2 adult DS, 1 DDIL, 2 DGDs and 1 Dgranddog. IT professional, love to read, walk, stay fit/active and spend time with friends & family. LT since 7/2002. Still in WW healthy range, working to get back to free LT.
Waving hi to Brenda, Debbie, Lou, Lori and Vicki. Hopefully everyone can check in today, even if it is a flyby.
Take care, Ginia

Good morning
Virginia, thanks for the start. Sounds like you had a busy day yesterday. I hope your walking buddies had a good time in DC. I agree Virginia, I think they will take out his GB. I talked to my cousin last night, she is a nurse, and she said bland food until the surgery.
Intro: WW LT Member since the Fall of 1991 Love spending time with family and friends Love my kindle ;-) makes it so easy to read and purchase new books 1 DS, 1 DDoggie and 1 DGbunny

Posted from a different thread.

The new plan is WW Freestyle. The formula to calculate points is the same. There is a bigger list of Zero points food. Like eggs and chicken breast. The DSP are now 23 and the WSP will be the same. What’s really new is Rollover Points. Meaning each day that you track you are allowed to Rollover a total of 4 of your DSPs for a total of 24 in a week. You don’t have to track any of the Zero Point food only those that have points. The Blue dots are even harder to get. That’s all of the information for now.

Hi, Virginia - thanks for the start. I know how much you dislike the cold. A quiet night at home some perfect. Brenda - best wishes to DS. I hope it is a easy surgery. Vicki - that sounds interesting, I still prefer seeing the nutrition content of the food I eat.
Today has been a successful day. I have eaten well , spent a couple hours on the TM and went climbing. I love being home. My little brother finally sent in the one piece of paper and the lawyer thinks I will be named executor soon.
