Hello,
Brenda, I think the walking buddies had a good time in DC but the race itself was meh. Hopefully DS can stay pain free until the surgery. I also love my Kindle. I still like having a real book in my hands, but especially for travel or having reading material away from home, the Kindle is great.
Hi Vicki, that is interesting re: the program changes. It sounds as if the move is getting closer to the former Core program. I am still a holdout on the WW online, I like the 12 week tracker and I still miss the GHGs being listed there...I think those are important to track. Your update was the first buzz I was aware of about program changes.
Hi Debbie, I had a great P/T w/o and made a stop on the way home, then I was cozy in my own house. Yes, you are so right. I am not fond of being cold. It was a nice evening, quiet and relaxing. Good news on the paper being received from your brother.
Today is work, yoga at midday. Perhaps more FPs will be coming this evening. Good news, DS#2 had two job interviews yesterday. The second one of the day was a 3rd F2F interview with a company. He was offered the job by the hiring manager who conducted the interview. He will be accepting today. I did a happy dance yesterday when he called to share the news. The job change is a very good thing, he was extremely unhappy with the previous job.
Waving hi to Lou and Lori.
Later, Ginia

Good morning.
As a staff member who very recently had to sign an updated non-disclosure agreement and recognizes that he's posting on a public board, I'll just say that those potential changes Vicki mentioned to the WW program seem interesting and I can roll with just about anything as long as they don't take away my free bananas.
Handyman is coming by today to quote Cecilia's punch list. Interview on Thursday with a purveyor of fancy schmancy steaks.
Yay for DS2!!

Hi, Lori - I am so sorry for your loss. Hugs and prayers to you and your family. Parents should not have to bury their children. I heart breaks for them. Virginia - thanks for the start.I had a great day rolling with the flow. Yippee and congratulations to DS#2. Louis - I hope the estimate wasn't to crazy. Why are you interviewing steaks. Brenda - I hope DS gets relief from pain soon.
Today I went on a great hike, the weather started out really cold and foggy but in the mountains it was just cool and sunny. We hiked Seven miles. I bought candy to hand out but no kids yet, bummer. Halloween is usually busy here. Debbie
