Starting over is not a bad thing. It means you haven't given up. There are many in the "over 60's" group that have started over and over and over.
If you need support and encouragement in your quest to not only look better and feel better, but to be healthier and enjoy life to the max, come on in. You are welcome here.

Good morning all,
Temperature is supposed to be 33* with a chance of snow today. They are not calling for any accumulation. And it is getting warmer.
I didn't get the cookies made yesterday so that is on the agenda today. I did work for 2.5 hours to finish up the proposal. So now it is done. I also have a hair dresser's appointment today at 4:00 to get my hair cut. I had to cancel it from last week because of the MRI.

Good morning Becki,
Sunny & 30, a heat wave coming thru, will be 60 Thursday.
I had a manicure appointment early this morning and I have an allergy dr. appointment in the same area this afternoon. I didn't plan this out very well. Driving home the "amber" sign is saying winter weather. I wonder if they forgot we had the snow on Saturday or am I in for a surprise.
