I really must have the Newman's SW dressing on the SW salad with grilled chicken. It makes it more than 10 points but it is in my regular rotation for nights when I feel like making zero effort while still staying OP.

That list is helpful, though I only ever really would go to Burger King or Pannera (the others are either not close by or just not where I usually go). At BK I do order just the Whopper Jr., though I need to cut out the mayo as the list suggested.
The suggestion about the frozen cod is a good one. I find frozen cod (and other white fish) to be very good and quick to make. I even prefer cod without the beer batter anyway. Frozen shrimp is also extremely quick to thaw and make (I thaw either in the fridge or if I need to expedite the thaw I put them in a bowl of water). You can even get them shelled (all but maybe the tails) and deveined. I've made many quick LIGHT meals from the frozen shrimp and it is much cheaper than the fresh. The frozen shrimp, in my opinion, are as good as fresh when thawed. The cod and other fish is still good, I think, but needs to have a lot of excess water blotted out of it. I think frozen salmon sucks. I always buy fresh salmon.

gottakeeptryin , McDonalds has a Southwest Chicken Salad LaDonna with grilled chicken and the Newman's Own SW dressing. Absolutely what Denise said, it is my go to when out and about and need to grab something. sorry forgot to share points 8 SP - SW salad w/grilled chicken 4 SP - Newman's Own SW Dressing or if I am scrounging for points I have the Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette for 1 Sp 😊

Cyndee, I rely on frozen shrimp too. I use the steamer bags sold near the Saran Wrap. You can put the shrimp in there, frozen, and microwave for 4-5 minutes to steam. Quick and easy.

It's also what taught me about 10 years ago that ordering a salad over a burger isn't necessarily a better option lol..
