This thread is for Lifetimers who worked previous WW programs to lose and maintain with much success. We are committed to making future WW programs work for us and are UNWILLING to gain back the weight we so diligently fought to lose. We are here to share ideas, strategies, hold each other accountable, and offer support.
All are welcome here.

Good Morning All! Happy Wednesday!
We have another foggy day today. It got pretty warm yesterday. It is not supposed to get as warm today.
I am still limping my FitBit along. It takes forever to charge because the endcap is missing, but so far it still works. I ended up with over 11,000 steps yesterday which was more than I have gotten in a long time. The day before I didn't even get 6,000. I need to get cracking and be more consistent.
I gave them my notice at Shapes. I am currently teaching 8 yoga classes. When I went to my Women's Business Retreat in California I had decided that I was going to let those 2 classes go. I have been there 7 years. Even though I love it and all of the ladies I teach I am only paid hourly and not per student like the other classes. Traffic is generally pretty heavy on my way to the Wed. class and on the way home from the Sat. class. With Mike retiring I did want to have my weekends free again.

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Hump Day!!
Ruth ~ Thanks for getting us started this morning. I was so happy to see your Christmas photo back! I had thought about it the other day and then there it was! Your dropping two yoga classes does sound like a great idea. You stay so busy as it is.
We had a great time at dinner last evening. I had Walleye and DH had Rib Eye and we shared bites so we both got to enjoy both tastes. The girls took plenty of photos for us before dinner and on our way out (in the lobby) and I am so grateful to have them as mementos.
We have frigid temps today. Our principal mentioned yesterday that we could probably plan to be indoors the rest of the week. Thursday and Friday were predicted to be the coldest, but this morning the wind chill was well below zero - so I'll dress for both and just carry my heavy boots (in case).
BBL. Make a great day!

I'm cruising along with one of the projects pretty much done. Designed bizcards for my son's blacksmith forge business. Just have to figure how to get the Avery template set up and ready to print. Can't print till I get home. Now to get started on second project -- a portrait of Kaylee the dog for her "mommy." Moving on and starting to plan for Christmas Day brunch/lunch for 7 of us. Will make a couple of quiches, some spring mix salad with nuts, craisins, and "birdseed," plus a light vinaigrette. Also thinking about a fruit salad, maybe some crackers and cheese slices. On the 26th there will be 11 -- the whole gang, both daughter and son and their families. Crowded for my little house. I'm going to get out the big crockpot and make an old-fashioned beef stew plus freshly baked bread. Trolling for dessert recipes somewhat on the light side. Regina on LTWWL promises to send a couple.

Sue, I love your new Christmas photo!!!! Love your FB photos, too. Glad you had a nice anniversary dinner. Love walleye. I have not had it in a long while. I had heard that you were having very cold wind chill temps in your area. Stay safe and stay warm! Diana, Bravo on your progress on your Christmas projects! Glad you have your Christmas Day brunch/lunch plans started. It sounds really good. Let us know about your light dessert ideas. I might need to adopt them We have not planned our meal with Mike's family for the day after Christmas. We are thinking pasta. I don't think Mike realizes I have to teach yoga at 7 p.m. that day. We will get it all worked out. Today I have to have my new car inspected for insurance purposes. I also would like to get a few Christmas gifts wrapped and start on clearing some of the spare bedroom. When I pulled boxes down for Christmas decorating I did not put anything back and it is a real mess in there.

I know today is Thursday because my pill tracker said so.
but I am just saying hello Ruth- 8 classes is a lot especially if you have to commute to each one. Dropping a couple to parse your schedule sounds like a good idea.
