Winter is here!! We have 69 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

I Am going to WW today and Saturday to try and turn this around. I will do WATP freezing nd icy outside. I will use the lift. with pratransit. I met my new case manager yesterday with Stacy and she seemed very nice. i did my first mile.= so far. Yes I have a fitbit.

Brenda, how are you doing today?
I was a slug yesterday, rats. If it hadn't been for PT I wouldn't have gotten any exercise! At least there I ride the exercise bike for 10 minutes and do a few leg lifts.
I will do better today and go to the gym for weight machines and the exercise bike.

Amy, I hope the weather improves for your appt tomorrow. It is raining tonight and tomorrow is supposed to be 60!!!
I did 2 miles of WATP and my ped is showing 6727 steps so far today!!
