Wow so much happened over the weekend.
Lori, I had to laugh at what you encountered on the road. Ivy saved the day! My son is doing great and goes back to work tomorrow. We are spending Thanksgiving here. What are your plans?
Debbie, congrats on selling the house.

Good morning.
Virginia, I got a strange look from the Subway lady when I came in one day before an interview. Normally, I look like I'm going to run or hang out under an overpass.
Yay for DS being healed up and returning to work, Brenda!
Electrician fixed the problem. Free neutral. Whatever that means. It knocked out two circuits is all I really understand. Including the garage door. So, when I opened it manually, I discovered that the springs need to be tightened because it doesn't stay "up".
So, in a nutshell, one light is going to cost over $300 by the time all is said and done.
Sniff interview in a couple of hours with the CPA firm for the company I interviewed with last week.

Good morning, Brenda - that is wonderful news that DS is all better. Louis - the new constitution we looked at was a green community and there were signs everywhere that lol you saw was included. I am sure there are many add on items as well.
waving hi to Virginia, Vicki and Lori.
Yesterday afternoon was spent looking at more houses. There are some really ugly houses out there. This morning started with ....more painting. It is taking three coats to cover the wood and turn it white. I totally impressed Ted yesterday by going up a ladder to clean the second story rain gutters. It was pretty scary.
I'm Debbie, 63, married 31 years, two dear children that are grown. My last wi was in the free zone. My house might be sold if inspection goes well and then moving to Spain is in my future.

Hi, Thanks for starting us, Brenda. That is great news that your DS is doing well! Yes, our gang really did a lot of check ins this weekend. I like that! Hi, Lou. I can relate to your Subway experience. I'm surprised that you didn't get a remark similar to "you clean up good" from the staff. Ugh, sorry about the $$$ for the electrician. I hope the sniff test went well. Hi, Debbie. As much climbing as you have done, I think the roof just isn't enough of an adventure. Sorry about the ugly houses, but I see some of the HGTV stuff when I am on the TM at the gym so I can believe it. Today was work and P/T w/o after work, then a couple of errands. The car is fueled up and some items are already loaded. I'm working from home tomorrow. Not having the commute time will help us get on the road earlier. Hopefully traffic won't be a mess and we can make good time to our overnight stop. I know that Wednesday is a very popular travel day, so it could be a challenge at times. Waving hi to Lori and Vicki. Time for me to tuck in. Good night, Ginia

Wow, debbie55z, you're going to be a professional painter by the time this is all over! And gutters too.. Good call on working from home, giniagirl. Driving on the day before Thanksgiving is miserable. We did it once for a trip to Louisville. Once. $300 repair day between the electrician and garage door guys.
