Good Morning Can-Doers,
So whatever happened last week is past. We are looking forward.
Yes, I Did... --weigh in this morning and was pleasantly surprised that I haven't gained. --overeat last week but kept up the exercise. To my surprise...it worked. --make out my healthy grocery list and am headed out to shop.
Intentions for the Week... --eat more veggies. --check into getting more help with Mom. --dance my fanny off. May try for 5 dance days this week. --breathe in gratitude, breathe out holiday stress. Ahhhhhh.
Sending super-positive vibes to you all. Let's kick some tush this week...our own!

Jan - I like your mantra. I think it's so helpful to use affirmations! Why don't I do it more often?
Yes I DID: --survive movie/potluck/game afternoon (brought healthy dish but ate lots of other stuff) --enjoy fitness class at the Y...packed, as you might expect on Monday after 🦃day --make a healthy dinner with lots of veggies
Yes I CAN: --get enough sleep --make a fresh start tomorrow, on track
