This challenge was created five years ago by a few Weight Watchers members. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good Morning!!!!!! love light blessings love light blessings love light blessings
The all-encompassing-brief has been filed electronically in Austin. Now too put my practice/life back together. High on that list is getting back OP and getting my workouts back into high gear. I have to start now to prepare for December WI!
Last night, I did get in a double-header but unfortunately celebrated with carrot cake, cookies.
today: weight class, OP and try to get in some walking here and there during the day. Sorry no time for shout outs, on to email and the celebration of TRASH RECYCLE DAY. love light blessings j

Happy Tuesday,
Sally: I am jealous. I would love to go to that Chopra lecture with you! Stay the course the "4" is in your near future.
Janet: Glad you are back on track and ready for the Dec.WI. I go next week so this week I will be extra vigilant. You too?
Carol: Have you ever tried Birchbenders Protein Pancake mix? Tried it the other day and I must say not bad and with 16g of protein per svg. Lots better than the plain variety of cakes, and they didn't bring on the need for a nap.
Nat: Fun at Disneyland, you deserve some!
QOTD: Plans for the holiday season? How will you enjoy without going "off the OP road"?
AOTD: Moderation and Portion Control. Want to just maintain this month, which is, by the way, my 3 year anniversary at or below Goal. In January I am going to lose another 5 lbs. I can do it!
Be good all...we are doing this.
Jan
